The Toy Hospital

Here at Biconic we are conscious of the environmental impact mass consumption can have on our world. As such, we will always place emphasis on the quality and longevity of the products we sell. However, we cannot guarantee that faults won’t happen. For toys and tools that are manufactured by other companies, a warranty should cover you for damages and repairs, which will be provided by the supplier. But for toys and tools exclusively produced by Biconic, we wanted to offer something a little bit different.

 

That’s why we have set up the Biconic Toy Hospital. If something should happen to an item that has been handmade by us personally, then please get in touch with us via email. Provide us with the details of what has happened to the product and if this is deemed to be a fault with the product then we will repair it and return it in good time. There is no warranty period to the products; as long as we exist, then the hospital remains open for service.
