SHIPPING & RETURNS

Below you'll find information on order processing times, shipping costs and locations, packaging and our returns policy

Processing

We are a small team of two, and so we need time to process orders. Usually, products ship within 1-3 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, or when circumstances outside of our control dictate a delay to fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed if any products that you have ordered are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays (UK), except by prior arrangement.

Products made by us at Biconic require up to 5 working days to be shipped as they are made to order.

​

On completion of your order, we will purchase the appropriate postage labels with Royal Mail and retain a copy of the proof of postage for 30 days. The proof of postage displays your name, address and the postage service you selected at checkout. Unless an issue arises with your order in the 30 day period, the copy of proof of postage will be deleted from our records at the end of the 30 day period.

Packaging

We try to reduce as much waste as possible, so often will re-use outer packaging such as cardboard boxes. The up side of this is that your order is discreet, in packaging that is unlikely to give any indication of what is inside. We try to package all products in recyclable or biodegradable materials where possible. To protect some items we use EcoFlo biodegradable/compostable loose fill. 

Shipping to UK

For all shipping to the UK we use Royal Mail. You have the option of selecting tracked 24hr or tracked 48hr postage. Prices vary with the weight of items in your checkout. and the type of postage you opt for.

If you're a Glasgow resident, please opt for local delivery. We offer cheaper and faster delivery to those in our community, as a way of saying thanks for your support.

Shipping outside of UK

We are unable to offer shipping to most countries outside of the UK, and ask that you get in touch before you order by email at orders@biconic.store. Once we know where we’re shipping to, we will be able to figure out if the delivery is viable and get back to you with further details 

Returns

Items that are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase can be posted back to Bicons Boutique. Qualified products are eligible for a one-time replacement of the original product purchased with the same value.

Customers can return unwanted, unused items within one week of receipt of purchased goods from the Biconic store. Items returned in the same condition as they were originally purchased will qualify for a refund amounting to the value of the original product at purchase date, excluding postage and packaging costs.
