Where do you ship?

We are based in Glasgow, Scotland and our shipping calculations are set up for UK addresses. If you live internationally and want to purchase from us, please get in touch with us at orders@biconic.store and we will be more than happy to work something out for you. If you live in Glasgow we are also happy to deliver straight to your door, with Ed’s personal courier service (this is optional, just select 2nd class postage for the order and we'll do the rest).

When will my order arrive?

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. We use Royal Mail 24hr tracked, 48 hour tracked, and 2nd class shipping to the UK. Depending on your selection you order is likely to arrive within 2-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. For international shipping, we can give you an estimate after you have been in touch.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on package weights and the type of postage you opt for postage. If you have an issue with postage costs, or would like further info, please reach out to us over email

How will you package my order?

We reuse packaging materials, and otherwise package all products in recyclable or biodegradable materials where possible. Your order will arrive in discreet, packaging with no indication of what’s inside. To protect some items we use EcoFlo biodegradable loose fill.

Can I buy as a gift?

Yes, we can easily facilitate that! Just let us know in the order notes that this is a gift, and make sure to fill out the recipients details for shipping. We’ll make sure there are no prices included on the invoice.

What is your returns policy?

Items that are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase can be posted back to Bicons Boutique. Qualified products are eligible for a one-time replacement of the original product purchased with the same value.

Customers can return unwanted, unused items within one week of receipt of purchased goods from Bicons Boutique.
